A growing company in the hospitality sector asked us to help them make a splash at the industry’s largest trade show in Las Vegas. We first helped them create a sophisticated booth, featuring open sightlines, dramatic product presentations, and excellent lighting, all keys to creating an environment that invites visitors to enter. As important, we trained booth staff in how to engage with prospective clients, maximizing the number and quality of interactions in a busy, crowded environment. Last, we created guidelines allowing sales representatives to quickly rate visitors and note follow-ups, essential for post-show response.

After leading the redesign of a leading manufacturer of architectural products, we were asked to monitor its performance.
